What kind of pools do you build?
We build completely custom vinyl or gunite pools.
How much space do I need for a pool?
Most family pools start at 20x10 feet, but plunge pools can be much smaller. If you don’t quite have enough room, hot tubs are a great option.
How long will it take to build a new pool?
A new pool build takes roughly three months start-to-finish. That includes a few weeks of design and preparation, followed by permitting, ordering equipment, and finally construction.
How much does a pool usually cost?
Our vinyl pools start at $60,000, and our gunite pools start at $120,000.
What’s the average cost of a hot tub?
We only sell world-class Jacuzzi® hot tubs, which typically start at $5,000. Visit our showroom to see our inventory, and ask us about custom in-store pricing.
What’s included in your pool cleaning service?
We start by removing debris and emptying filters and pump baskets. Then, we’ll scrub and brush the pool walls and surrounding area, test your water health, and add chemical treatments to protect, balance, and clarify.
I need to schedule a cleaning or service—how soon can you get here?
Our service team works Monday through Saturday from 6am to 6pm. Give us a call or submit a service request and we’ll fit you in ASAP.
What does your pool cleaning service usually cost?
Our service starts at $80 for a one-time cleaning, $180 for twice-monthly service, and $320 for a weekly clean. Learn more about our pricing and process here.
Why is my pool water cloudy?
You probably have some particle build-up. That’s normal, and you can fix it by adding clarifying chemicals to your water. Make sure to also check that your filters and skimmers aren’t clogged.
How do I get rid of the stains on my pool?
Stains aren’t just an eyesore, they mean you’ve got excess mineral build-up in your water. To fix it (and stop it from happening again) routinely add balancing and clarifying chemicals.
My pool’s water is irritating my eyes—what do I do?
Your pool’s pH levels need to be balanced to avoid any irritation. Get your water tested, and then add balancing chemicals.
How do I test my pool water’s chemical levels?
We’ll do it for free! Just bring a sample to the store.
How often should I replace my pool equipment?
Always keep an eye on your pool equipment and check frequently for damage. Most equipment—pumps, filters, heaters, liners, etc.—should be replaced every 5-8 years.
Should I think about upgrading my pool equipment?
Pool equipment is always getting better and more efficient. If you haven’t swapped your equipment in the last five years, you might be able to lower your maintenance bills by upgrading to energy-efficient filters, heaters, and liners.
